CLICK & COLLECT

Page’s of Lyndhurst offer a Click & Collect service, simply select the click & collect option at the time of checkout and we prepare your order immediately.

Click & Collect is FREE from our shop for orders of any amount but must be paid for online in advance. Place your online order anytime during the day and we prepare your order immediately, you will be able to collect your order within our opening hours 10am – 5pm 7 Days a week.

In order to Click & Collect, all items within your order must be eligible for this type of delivery. If you’re wondering why an item isn’t available for Click & Collect, check the exclusions below.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER IS READY?

We’ll send you an email when your order is ready, confirming it is ready in our shop.

If you’ve given us your mobile number, we’ll also send you a text when your order is ready for collection.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

We need to see your 9-digit order number from your text message or email, and proof of ID. This can be:

  • the payment card you used for the order, or
  • a current photo driver’s licence or passport

We cannot release your order without seeing your ID.

If you paid entirely with gift vouchers, a gift card, PayPal or Apple Pay, please bring either your passport or photocard driving licence with you as ID.

 

CAN SOMEONE COLLECT ON MY BEHALF?

We’re happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you’ve nominated must present your 9-digit order number and their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence).

HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ORDER?

We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we’ll refund your account. Please note that this may take up to 14 days to process once the order has left the shop.

WHICH SHOP WILL MY ORDER GO TO?

When you place your order, the details of our shop will appear in your email confirmation.

WHAT TIME SHALL I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Any time after confirmation, but please wait for our email or text confirmation before you set off. Do check the opening times of our shop as they differ, different times of the year.

WHERE DO I PICK MY ORDER UP IN STORE?

Simply visit our shop and go to the counter and one of our lovely staff will help you.

I’VE LOST MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE – WHAT CAN I DO?

Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.

Otherwise, if you were logged in to your pagesoflyndhrst.com account at time of purchase, you’ll be able to find the order number in your order history. Simply log into your account and click on the relevant purchase to find the order number. Make a note of this and bring it to the shop when you collect.

If you weren’t logged in at time of purchase, we may still be able to release your order if collecting from our shop. Bring your photo ID or passport and quote your name and postcode to the collection staff at the desk.

To keep your order safe, we don’t let anyone collect on your behalf unless they have your order number and their photo ID.

I HAVEN’T HAD AN EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE TO CONFIRM MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you ordered before overnight, your order will be available to collect the next day from; so please wait until after confirmation has been received to contact us. If there’s any delay to your order, we’ll text you to let you know.

If you still haven’t received a confirmation message the following day, our Customer Services team should be able to check the status of your parcel. Call them on 02380 283111 10am -5pm 7 Days a week.

I WAS UNABLE TO COLLECT MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we’ll refund your account. Please note that this the refund may take 5 days to process once we receive the order back in the warehouse.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?

You can return a Click & Collect order to:

  • Our shop in Lyndhurst
  • Via Royal Mail or DPD but this will be at the customers own cost

WHY IS CLICK & COLLECT NOT AVAILABLE FOR MY ITEM?

In addition, items only delivered by our approved suppliers won’t be available for Click & Collect as they’ll be delivered direct to your home.

WHY IS CLICK & COLLECT NOT AVAILABLE FOR MY ORDER?

In order to Click & collect, all items within your order must be eligible for this type of delivery and can’t be mixed. If you’d like to Click & collect eligible items, please place a separate order for them.

CAN I CLICK & COLLECT FROM ALL YOUR SHOP?

Yes, the only outlet currently is our shop located in Lyndhurst, Hampshire.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

Page’s of Lyndhurst offer two main delivery services, Royal Mail 1st Class delivered with 2 – 3 days and DPD which is delivered with 2- 5 days.

                           

Free delivery when you spend £100 and over, to anywhere in the UK.

SMALLER ITEMS

Smaller items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am – 6pm. We use Royal Mail First Class post at a cost of £3.75 for shipping 999g and under.

Once your item has left our shop, we’ll send you an email with tracking information and of course you can track your order direct from our website

Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail and DPD.

LARGER ITEMS

Larger items, including sculptures and multiple product orders, will either be delivered by a Royal Mail or DPD one of our approved suppliers. We use Royal Mail First Class post or DPD at a cost of £5.60 for Shipping 1kg – 1.9kg and 2kg and above 7.25.

We cover the whole of the mainland UK.

Free UK standard delivery takes from 3 – 5 working days, and the exact lead time we’ll offer you during checkout depends on your postcode

If you live in a Northern Ireland, highland, island or rural postcode, delivery may take longer than 7 working days.

WHY IS THE DELIVERY TIME LONGER THAN I’D EXPECT?

Some of our products are made to order – so it’s made just for you and may take time before it’s ready to be sent to you.

We work with various approved suppliers, who help us offer you a wider range of products. These suppliers may offer different delivery times and options. Find more information on delivery by our approved suppliers here. Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us.

HOW WILL YOU ENSURE MY HIGH-VALUE ITEM IS DELIVERED SAFELY?

High-value items will need to be signed for. We’ll send you an email explaining how to track your item and letting you know when it will be delivered.

If no-one is available, the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they’re unable to complete delivery or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.

The courier will attempt to make delivery and obtain a signature up to 3 times before the parcel is returned to our warehouse. 


MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I’VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT SHALL I DO?

If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, we’ll cancel your order and refund you.

If you’re not happy to wait, please Customer Services to cancel your order.

THERE’S BEEN A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER, OR IT HASN’T YET BEEN DELIVERED – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your delivery is overdue, or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries, call our Customer Services team for assistance on 02380 283111 10am – 5pm, 7 days a week.

If your order is being delivered by one of our approved suppliers and it’s overdue, please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to contact the supplier on your behalf. Please note though, that the opening hours of our shop may be different to those of the supplier so we may not be able to give you an immediate response.

I’VE ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AT ONCE. WILL THEY ALL ARRIVE TOGETHER?

Your items will be delivered on the same day, sometimes from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries.

If you order items with both 5 and 7-day despatch times, we’ll deliver them separately.

Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us.

DO YOU HAVE ANY DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS?

We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONAL

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, we do not deliver to an address outside the UK (International addresses).
