What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping methods – We aim to have your parcel delivered to you in perfect condition. For our lighter parcels we use Royal Mail 1st class (up to 2Kg including packaging). Any other parcel is delivered through DPD. Usually within 72 hours.

We have recently introduced a Click & Collect Service for our local customers. The service is available for anyone if you are visiting Lyndhurst  or just passing through New Forest.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally including Isle of Man. Only UK based post codes.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Royal Mail Packages are usually delivered within 48 hours.

Any other parcel is delivered through DPD. Usually within 72 hours.

Or course if you cannot wait please use our Click & Collect service.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards except American Express.

With our Click & Collect Service we will accept cash when visiting the shop.

How do I place an Order?


Ordering on our site is very easy. Add your products to the basket and follow the instructions to a secure checkout. You can call us on 02380 283111 if you wish to order over the phone or you would like advice on any products.

No. You can check out as a guest.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order with ease. Once you have placed your order we will send you a tracking number. This is your parcel number which you can track at any time after we have sent the parcel directly through our website.

How Can I Return a Product?

If for any reason there is a problem with the product you have ordered, please  contact us on our website contact form, via email at customerservices@pagesoflyndhurst.com or phone us on 02380 283111. We will do all we can to help. If you wish to return the product, the cost of postage will be your reasonability. Once we have received the product undamaged we will return any monies owed to you within 5 working days.
